BEHIND YOU ALL THE WAY
The Simba Great Plains aftersales department is a tight knit, hard-working team of highly skilled and fully trained individuals focused on delivering outstanding service.
The team includes Product Support professionals, Technical Support Engineers and experienced Service Engineers. They work closely with our dealers and customers to ensure a high level of support for all existing Simba Great Plains machines, as well as helping to develop new ideas and innovative solutions. Their work supports Simba’s commitment to continuous improvement and plays a key part in new product launches.
Many of our Service and Parts people have been with Simba for many years. Their experience of working with dealers and farmers, not just in terms of cultivation and drilling technology, but also farming in general, is a valuable resource for customers old and new.
