SL STARS AT AGRITECHNICA
"The new SL400 SL cultivator at Agritechnica"
One of the first machines to benefit from the new system will be the SL Cultivator, which made an impressive debut for a truly European audience at Agritechnica.
While it grabbed the headlines, there was also plenty of interest in other machines exhibited, including the X-Press range – with and without ST bar – and the Aqueel 2, says sales director Guy Leversha:
“The show was a great success for the company, which fully justified us taking our biggest ever stand at a show outside the UK – and apparently the second biggest UK company stand at this year’s Agritechnica. We took a huge number of strong farmer enquiries, especially for the SL cultivator (including many from UK farmers who made the trip to Germany), but also for machines right across our range of cultivation equipment, which is now the most complete on offer from any British manufacturer”.

Exports Director Simon Revell felt the show was a success on many levels:
“We made new contacts in countries all round the world where we are not represented, and will be looking to progress those. In addition, our existing network of importers have many leads to follow up – both from dealers keen to become involved in the distribution and support of Simba equipment, and from farmers themselves.
Several of them bought groups of farmers to the event and we have already secured a number of orders.
The excellent response fully justified our presence at the event, and has helped consolidate our presence in Europe and provided the platform for further progress”.
