04.12.06 - SIMBA STRENGTHENS SERVICE TEAM
Simba International is further strengthening its After Sales and Service team with the appointment of 29-year-old Ben Covell as Warranty and Technical Support Manager.
Ben joins after gaining valuable experience of farm machinery during seven years with JCB, latterly as Senior Product Specialist working with the company’s range of handlers, having previously studied at Harper Adams Agricultural College and worked on arable farms.
Ben will be working closely with Euan Adamson, Simba’s After Sales and Service Manager, supporting the rapidly growing populations of machines like Solos and X-presses, as well as the newer additions to the company’s product lines like the Spread-A-Bale.
“He will also be actively involved in providing service and support to both customers and dealers both in the UK and overseas, with particular emphasis on providing increasing levels of technical information to equipment users”, says Colin Adams, General Manager of Simba’s After Sales and Service Division.
