Maximum shatter, minimum soil disturbance
Flatliner subsoilers offer customers the ideal combination of actions for a deep working cultivator: they restructure damaged soils very effectively and restore drainage, while causing minimal surface disturbance so that no further remedial cultivation is needed.
The Flatliner 500 comes in 3.0m, 3.5m, 3.8m and 4.2m working widths and is designed to work down to 500mm. Working depth is controlled very accurately by the rear roller, which is Simba's patented DD Rings (600mm).
All models feature the Simba Pro-Lift leg and wing system that offers optimum shattering and disturbance of the soil without requiring excessive horsepower.

A choice of three different wings - each imparting a different degree of lift - enables the amount of work completed to be matched to the soil type and conditions.
The tines fitted to Flatliner 500's are manufactured from RQT steel 25mm thick and are shear bolt protected. The clamps which are two piece and are fully adjustable along the beam to match different wheel centres.
Optional extras include additional tines, a trailing conversion kit and front mounted depth wheels.
