The versatile, high-performance subsoiler
Designed to work alongside cultivators such as the Simba SL 600 or SL 700, the new high output 4.5m Flatliner meets the demands of customers looking to exploit to the full the power of tractors in the 210-360hp range and to satisfy demand in selected export markets.
Equipped with seven Pro-Lift legs, protected by either a hydraulic auto-reset system or shear bolts, this Flatliner is capable of working to a depth of 550mm. This is deeper than existing Flatliner models. Running ahead of a single row of 600mm DD rings, the Simba Pro-Lift leg and wing system offers optimum shattering and disturbance of the soil. A choice of three different wings - each imparting a different degree of lift - enables the amount of work completed to be matched to the soil type and conditions.
The new Flatliner folds hydraulically to under 3m for road transport and can be supplied with a trailing kit so it can work behind tractors without three point linkage. It can also be fitted with an oilseed rape seeding kit.
