SPEED LUBE
Simba's Speedlube automatic greasing system lubricates all the essential moving parts of machinery and protects them against damage and wear, optimising the working life and efficiency of the equipment on which the system is installed.
Re-filling the grease reservoir is a simple "in the field" job, using a closed transfer system which ensures that no dirt, water or soil enters the reservoir.
Users typically find that the increased output enables the system to pay for itself very swiftly, while the greater daily output achieved means they can achieve greater timeliness, which helps them pick and choose the best conditions in which to work.
The system dispenses accurately measured volumes of grease at regular intervals, which has several major benefits:
- The grease is always delivered consistently and directly to the locations where it is needed, avoiding the potential inconsistency of manual greasing.
- The system works whenever the machine is working, so the 'human error' factor of forgetting to apply grease or doing it inefficiently are avoided.
