Outstanding trash incorporation and soil loosening
The new TL is a linkage-mounted cultivator designed primarily for use on lighter soils, and in rotations including root crops and vegetables. It features three rows of spring-reset cultivating tines that can work deep enough to incorporate large volumes of trash, such as potato haulm or the remains of field vegetables, or perform a thorough soil loosening action ahead of further cultivation.
TL Tined Cultivator with Trip Reset Tines
The 3.0m version features ten tines, while the 3.5m version has 12 tines. Both have 300mm spacing between tines. These are followed by set of sprung levelling discs. There is also a choice of two different rear rollers – either a 540mm open cage roller or a set of 550mm DD Lite rings.
A 3m machine with cage roller weighs 1.75 tonnes and needs between 120hp and 200hp depending on soil type and working conditions. The 3.5m model with the same roller weighs two tonnes. When fitted with DD Lite rings the machines weigh 2.25 tonnes and 2.6 tonnes respectively and need between 140hp and 200hp.
